Shipping Info
All orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be booked out on the same day. If you order after 1pm, we’ll do our best but your order might not be booked out until the following day. Orders placed over weekends or on bank Holidays will be booked out on the next working day.

Delivery & Times
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail and are expected to arrive in 3-5 working days. International orders can take at least 10 working days to arrive and anything up to 28 days. We’ll calculate the price for delivery options based on your country, along with the weight and value of your items.
Return Policy
Faulty Items
If an item in your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it for you. Just contact us with your order number, details of what’s wrong and a picture of any visible damage. Please do not dispose of any item that is faulty as we may ask you to return it for inspection. If we need you to do this, we’ll pay all delivery costs.

Missing Or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing any items, or fails to arrive, please contact us with your order number and details of what’s missing from it. If applicable, please attach a photo of any items you have incorrectly received. We’ll provide replacement items as quickly as we can after contacting our delivery company, if required.

Unwanted Items
In line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2014 you have 14 days to return any item - for any reason. As long as the item is unused and in the same new condition as was when it left our care, we’ll issue a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please enclose a copy of your order paperwork and contact details with a note stating that you are returning the item and requesting a refund. Once we have the item back, we’ll issue your refund. Please note that we cannot offer refunds on special order items.
